$50,000 Treetent

Treetent

I love to camp outdoors, but one thing I cannot handle are the creepy crawlies. You'd think a grown man would get over being nervous from snakes and spiders. No, this is not a refugee thingamajig as designed by John Moriarty [Read Cocoon]. This tent is for those who can fork out $50,000.00 for 'roughing it' in style (kinda out of my budget).

Designed by Dutch sculptor and designer Dré Wapenaar.

Here are the specs:

- a nine-foot-diameter hardwood floor

- a  round mattress

- sleeps two adults comfortably

Would be nice to see some additional photos of the inside ;)

Looks like a green tear drop, how exactly do you set it up though?
Put it up and then bring a ladder to get in?

It's setup by the servents, and you enter through the helipad entrance.
